One Safe Heart.

I came up with the name "one safe heart" for my blog to express the peace that I found writing about my thoughts. I do find it hard to find a safe space for me to heal and build my mental health from where I grew up from, in a community where mental health is never taken seriously. Therefore, this safe heart that I am eagerly seeking for is important to me. I hope by sharing my experiences and thoughts, I can help people like me find their safe space and the answers they need.
